Wraparound Care

We recognise that many parents work and this means they need someone to look after their children before work, after work or possibly both. At Cam Everlands we look to help with this by providing both wraparound care from 7.30am until 5.45pm.

Breakfast Club

Our Breakfast Club runs from 7:30am until 8:40am. This costs £3.75 per child per day, which includes something to eat and drink.

Breakfast (cereals/toast and a drink) is served between 7.30 am and 8.15 am. Children in receipt of benefit-related Free School Meals may be able to attend Breakfast Club free of charge.  Please enquire at the school office.

We do try and accommodate unplanned need so please contact the office before 3.00 pm on the previous day if you want to book your child in at short notice.

Everlanders

Everlanders is the name for our after-school care. It runs from 3.15pm until 5.45pm and costs £10 per child per session and is available on every day in which the children are in school.

Sessions are usually held in the school hall, although we make use of the outdoor space if weather permits. At the beginning of the session, the children are offered a snack and a drink.

We offer places to all children who attend the school. Should your child have any additional or special needs please record these on the registration form and speak to the the Everlanders leaders to ensure your child can be appropriately welcomed into the club.

In order to book your child into Everlanders, a completed registration form is required. We are happy to accept short notice/same day bookings when we have spaces, but we cannot guarantee that a place will be available.   Please contact the school office 01453 545452 if you require a booking on the day.

The cost for Everlanders is £10.00 per child per session. Bookings and payments are made using ParentPay. We also accept childcare vouchers.

Expectations of behaviour

As with all school-run clubs, we expect the children to behave well and show respect to the staff and each other. Should behaviour not meet these expectations, we will apply the school behaviour policy and the appropriate consequences. Should their behaviour be continually disruptive or dangerous, we reserve the right to refuse places. This will be done as a last resort.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How do we book places?

Our bookings are completed using ParentPay. You will need to log in to your account and book for both Breakfast Club and Everlanders using this system. If you encounter any issues, please contact the office.

Bookings - how much notice do we need to give?

In order to plan for demand and ensure that staffing ratios are correct, we ask that parents book any places with as much notice as possible - ideally at least a week. However, we know that sometimes unexpected events crop up and that late bookings may need to be made. We are happy to oblige this but do ask that this doesn't become the 'norm' as it makes it very difficult to staff the wraparound care adequately.

Should you need to make a last-minute booking, please contact the office on 01454 545452.

What happens if I am late collecting from Everlanders?

Should you arrive to collect your children after 5.45pm, there will be an additional cost to pay. This is to cover the salaries of the staff who are staying beyond their contracted hours.
